i think its a bad idea for a wallet in case they have those federal dogs there...maybe like get a key chain with a mini hackey sack and put it in there since keys dont get scanned

this might be a little graphic but i read somewhere online that a good way to sneak warm urine in to pass a test is to put it in a balloon and stick it up you know where so it stays warm....i was thinking that if its not a lot of weed put it in a baggie then in a balloon and do the same...but i think for a chick it wold be a lot easier..

it sounds like taping to the crotch is the best....can anyone tell me what is the best tape to use? It would suck to have your sweat ruin your tape and drop it when in line!!!

I never tape the baggie to my skin, I prefer two pairs of briefs as faster and easier for my day-to-day travels. I use first-aid tape if I have concerns (like when wearing shorts), but affix the baggie to the underwear between layers. I suggest you practice, practice, practice your method before travelling - good for your confidence.

Not that it matters, but when they loose my luggage (very likely with America Worst) I always have a spare pair of underwear. Good travels!

I know this topic is played out but....would you say security is stricter when you are leaving for your trip, or when you are returning, or are both the same when travelling internationally? i guess i know what the airports are like here... its more the unknown of the airport at my destination thats the problem. I keep thihking "its just one joint!" but it would suck to ruin my trip over one joint... do i really need it that bad? it would be nice but is it necessary?

im going to Costa Rica from Canada by myself and want to bring a joint or two in my bra. I wont be bringing any back. I might not bring any at all and after reading all the posts frowning upon taking it internationally. Id like to have a puff to enjoy for halfway thru my trip and since ill be alone im not going to go look for it. i guess i should just accept that its a bad idea.

I'm travelling from philadelphia to Florida (disney?)... Ive read this entire forum and want to be sure... I wanna bring an 8th in my undies, bagged up.
Questions:

What is the best type of bags to obtain and use?
Are there definetely no dogs flying domestically?
Does anyone have any suggestions for these two airports?
Tips, comments, and suggestions?

Im definetely dressing nice, ect, ect... But its my first time and want all suggestions possible. I wont bring papers or pipes, just the ganja in da bag. From everything Ive collected reading this ridiculously long forum is that I should be safe domestically with a lil' bit in my undies. I would also like to know if anyone has had any domestic problems with some on their thighs... Ive only read about someone getting caught with it in their luggage?

Sorry to repeat everything thats been said, I HAVE read it all and just wanna be sure.

LoveLiveBurnDie - your right to double check, and given your excellent summary of this thread, you are entitled to a good answer.

I never gave much thought to the exact baggie, but I make a small investment in a sandwich-type baggie inside a freezer-type ziploc. For me, I avoid creating a bulky package by choice for ease of movement, and I place it between two pair of undies.

I could never say "no dogs", because there are exceptions and different purpose dogs for patrol versus search. This week in Tuscon and San Diego I saw dogs on patrol, that is to say the handler was walking about the terminal (in both cases with a relaxed manner) and chatting with various airline employees. Domestically, I have never seen the dogs in drug search mode going through luggage or anyone's person. NEVER.

Been through both your airports and offer nothing significant. I do recommend to my friends to practice the carry for a half day beforehand. Remember that they occasionally search carry-on luggage again at the gate, rather randomly, and this is no cause for alarm. After boarding your flight, you could remove the package and stow it in your carry-on, but do so only in private. I prefer to just keep it down-low until I arrive at my destination hotel. Well I am travelling soon and thinking about bringing some stuf with me , a couple of years ago (before 9 11) i did bring some weed internationally , by taking some tobacco out of my marlboros stuffing some weed in there and topping them off with tobacco again, worked fine i just threw the pack in my checked suitcase. and they didn't smell cos of the small amount, ( funny story though .. ( i inadvertantly lit one up at my local bar one night not realizing till the flame hit the weed and this old geezer started to have a coughing fit!1 I nearly pissed myself! ) anyway , i would n't risk that again, and i did bring some in my one hitter to the west coast just kind of shoved down the front of my jeans and when the wand beeped i pointed to my cowboy belt buckle.. but i don't know if i could do that again.. I was thinking of putting the stuff in my golf bag . is it really that bad an idea? anyway seems the consensus is to hide it in the groin ! i hope its not to hot

Not sure what the specific question is in your post, IrishArtist. Most of us who travel routinely report Custom's searching luggage using dogs on arrival to any international airport - so your luggage and golf bag are out. I have seen dogs walked through the line of folks waiting for inspection, and persons pulled into the "backroom" after the dog reacted (sat down). So regular travellers here do not recommend smuggling MJ on your person internationally.

Domestically, on your person is the best option, but those pack's of smokes seem to get overlooked routinely in the security screening process. Good Travels!
