I was just curious.....in your expierience, has anyone ever been found with pot and/or/ paraphenilla and been completely let off without losing there stash?

I ask because my friend was pulled over because his car fit a robbery. The police realized it wasnt him, but had seen te bong on the back seat floor. Instead of taking his bong and stash, the cop just told him to leave.

I was sleeping at a friends house once, and the po-po came and said they were gonna search the house cause they saw a few beers on the table. So they looked, and found 2 pipes and a bong, and didn't do anything. Didn't even confiscate them.

it would be alot of work for them to get test done and stuff on the pipes and bongs to prove for sure it was used for pot. For something like that its not worth it because then they would have to charge you with something.

wouldnt they just have to look at the bong and or pipe and look for resin? isnt resin on a pipe enough to get you charged?

The resin could be tobacco resin or anything else you can possibly smoke.

I have known a lot of people who have been busted and had their stash taken but nothing done with their bong/pipe ect.
They also were not charged, ticketed or anything for possession.
