You can certainly ask about where your medicine might be, but if you really wanted to recover it you'd probably have to get a lawyer. | I don't know if this would work since I'm 19 and stupid, but if they don't have it then you should I'd sue em. If they confiscated it and wrote you up a ticket for possession, then don't have the proof (like Buzzby said) then they wouldn't be able to press charges on you, meaning no ticket. So since he gave you a ticket, he must have taken the weed, which should be what you present to the court if you have to take it that far. |
