Good news! went to court and after explaining everything to the judge he gave me more time for the community service and set me up with a diffrent class that I can just show up to, so I wont be waiting around for a class date via mail (also dont have to pay $50 for this class :]) I guess I cashed in some good karma I had saved up, thanks again for all your help everyone

LOL.., didn't mean for it to come off that way Bart. Actually I suffer from several pains that are located at my knees and at my shoulders from motorcycle accidents that I've had. I dont abuse my MJ by the way. I'm a firm believer in Cannabis. And me smoking MJ has more to do with just my pains. It has more to do with the fact I dont like using medical pills provided by doctors and physicians who make $$$$$$$$$$$$ off of everyone thats living in the united states. I dont Believe that medicine should cost a human being anything. SO ABUSER I am not. but for the way that I worded it I apologize. I dont believe that my card is a GET OUT OF JAIL FREE card. I believe my card protects those who choose to use it medically and for those who believe in the plant as a whole. For those who abuse it?? Well there will always be human being that do that. I guess its like a person who likes beer for the taste and the quality VS a complete drunko? Anyway nothing personal taken. We are all here for a reason. Because we believe in Cannabis!

As I said, what troubles me is individuals who justify their MMJ card as a "get out of jail free" card and do not have the true necessary medical justification for it beyond that. I really get miffed at individuals who brag about how they use it for getting out of a bust when obviously they are not suffering from the life-changing conditions that warrant it's use. Who am I to judge? A relatively smart individual that can identify the malingerer from the patient.

I appreciate that it helps you, Sociological Sense, and encourage you to continue to defend it's benefits. I defend it's benefits, too, in the hopes that I might prevent some idiot from causing you undo difficulty in getting the medicine and treatment you need.

In California it is a battle between the State and Federal government. 18 year old kids who like to taunt tigers can have MMJ cards, and a bottle of vodka in the backseat. If there was an ETOH card, these young men would go for it, too.

Funny how we forget that ETOH is also a legally prescribed drug.

Hell yeah man.., I hate running into my freinds that just want to get the card because it justifies there abuse of it. i forget that everyone on this website doesn't always have thier MMJ card. LOL.., I'm just so use to talking about it with patients like myself who use it for it's purpose. Thanks again for the usefull insight guys.., next time I'll be alot less quicker to open my mouth and much much faster to run it through my head! peace and love.
