I was charged with cultivation in colorado and took a plea deal for a 2 year supervised probation with deferred judgement. Are drug tests a mandatory requirement for the full time I am on probation regardless of how many I pass in a row? should I expect them the whole time?

oh yeah and if incarcerated, would I probably go to a county jail or go to a state pen? cultivation is the only charge I would do time for and it wasn't under any aggrivated circumstances so I would guess minimum security.

Generally, people convicted of felonies go to state institutions and those convicted of misdemeanors go to the county jail.
