Default Would this be a smart way to travel?

Would hiding your paraphernalia inside of a computer in the trunk of your car be a smart way to travel with it? What are the chances a cop is gonna actually open the computer?

A smart way to travel would be without any drugs.

You're right... a cop probably wouldn't find it in your computer, but a K9 would.

Obviously a smart way to travel would be without drugs/paraphernalia.

However, I think the chances of me getting caught would be very small if I hide the paraphernalia inside of a computer in the trunk, travel alone, act normal if I get pulled over, and consent to a search if for some reason the officer asks (to avoid a K-9/suspicion).

If you must travel with herbs then fit EVERYTHING inside a 1 gallon mason jar then wash it with Alcohol, wrap that in a 2+ plastic bags with a cloth/towel soaked with Febreze inside the plastic bag but outside of the jar. I believe K-9 Proof but not proven.

Also don't keep your trunk key or Electronic Key Fob on your ring tell him you lost it, he'll be suspicious but at least you never have to open the trunk, or have a fake trunk key from you vehicle manufacture that wont unlock it, then offer to unlock the trunk and just act like it's weird why your trunk key wont work, if he checks he'll see it matches your vehicle manufacture brand but wont work.

I assume your talking about a one time trip and not a way to drive around with herb on you at all times. < Not Good Idea.

I don't have these issues since I only smoke legal herbs.

Telling the cop you lost your trunk key is a BAD idea.

Your probably right, just have one that looks like the original that doesn't work. My main point is if it's not in a mason jar a dog will find it, the mason jar at least gives you a fighting chance.

After the drug-sniffing dog alerts on it, your computer will be taken down to it's basic parts.

Don't consent to a search. Also, if you do, they will call the K9 in anyway, most of the time. It really depends on your area though. When I got arrested, the K9 mustve been like a mile away, cause as soon as I gave consent, I was put in the cop car and there arrived the shepard.

If you put it in your comp, that is a good visual hiding spot. If a dogs called in, it will be able to smell it.

Cops know that people hide drugs in computers, it is not that genius of a hiding spot. If you give consent, there is a pretty good chance that a cop is going to take the extra minute to open up a computer if he really thinks you have something to hide. If you were going to hide it inside of a cd drive or some other smaller more complex part of a computer, that would be better because no cop is going to try to take apart everything on a computer unless there is a dog signal, which gives you slim hopes either way.

When i need an amazing hiding spot, i hide it in a crevice under the hood, i didnt even know it existed until my buddy who is a mechanic told me about it. Im pretty sure no one is going to find it unassisted in the place i have it.
