|  suffolk, NY MJ arrest I was recently arrested for simple possession in Suffolk county, NY I believe 221.05 is the penal code. I know it was a violation, not a misdemeanor or felony. I have not hired an attorney yet and am wondering what I'm looking at as far as penalties/attorney fees, etc Also if this will come up during pre employment screenings. As luck would have it, I'll be out again in the job market shortly. I was previously arrested for possession in 1993 and plead to Disorderly conduct..also a violation. the arrest in 93 was for misdemeanor possession. I appreciate any advice or help. |
