As someone else said, for all they know someone could've just sent you the seeds in the mail without your knowledge. The same goes for marijuana through the mail. They sure can ask you if you had any knowledge that someone was going to send you illegal contraband through the mail, but if that happens your best bet is to just deny deny deny.

I would figure seeds to be the very lowest priority. They have much other online business like these they rather take down, such as MoM's, online pharmacies and other people that sell almost any drug you can imagine. Unless your order is of a large size, you're package is almost always just seized no matter what it contains.

This is only from personal experience, and discussions I've had with others that use mail-order. I think you'd be safe...but just as precaution I probably wouldn't do it.
An investigation has to start somewhere. When LEO knows that seeds have been sent to your house, questions start filling his mind. "Why were MJ seeds sent to that location?" "Does this person have a record or a history of drug use?" "Lets monitor his electric useage for signs of a grow op." " Lets sift through his garbage for evidence of a grow op." The list goes on and on. Don't think you're smarter than the police. They've been arresting pot growers for years and know all the tricks.

Dude you need a real ID to open a PO box, 2ndly you cant use cash, but you can use a prepaid credit card, and 3rd if they intercept the package your finger prints will be no where on the package.

I've heard using a PO is a little safer, just because you are not having it sent right to the grow site. If i knew the name of the previous resident, if there was one, i would use that name, or have it sent to a buddy's house that doesnt smoke, but that might be hard convincing him.

Ok, lets flip this scenario around. You claim that "an investigation has to start somewhere". That statement is true enough, but how many growers do you know that have been busted in situations similiar to the ones you outlined. Please, provide me with proof that this happens. EVERY seed seizure I have been aware of has led to the seeds being confiscated and a letter sent to the intended recipient, and thats IT. No investigations, no suprise police visits 6 months down the road, zilch. Seeds just aren't considered that big of a deal. That, and the law enforcement resources used would be enormous. Theere would have to be a chain of communication all the way from Customs to the local police department, and all agencies would basically have to agree to prosecute and/or investigate. The scenario you outlined isn't impossible, but the odds of it actually happening are slim to none, I would say.

Anyone who has been a member of this site for more than 24 hours wouldn't have to even ask such a question. Buzzby has contributed a wealth of knowledge to these forums, and picturing him as a cop is, to me, laughable at this point. Buzz, are you a Buddist cop sent here to entrap all of us? No? Good...I didn't think so!

Not saying it isn't....just asking for proof is all. if this is such a regular occurance, you shjould be able to provide many examples. I've yet to see one
