no it isnt.......... but you have a better chance of not getting caught in your home but it is still illegal.

Oh, well, you guys are probibly going to disown me from this site, but about a year ago my sister married a pig.... yah a cop.... and we got into a convo about weed and he was saying as long as you dont get cought distributing or sharing with others you could smoke in the privacy of your home, i didnt know what the hell he was talking about because i as well believe its 100% illegal, he also brought up that kids were aloud to drink in there house as long as there parents were around and there was no company in the house, but thats whole different subject

you CAN smoke in your house but if you get caught you still get in trouble, its still illegal.that statement about the kids drinking is extremely wrong.if they caught kids drunk with parents around, the parents would get into more problems then the kids.its corrupting a minor or somthing.

i'll let my kids smoke and drink theres heads off, but only when they're 15 or older... see im plenty responsible!

its not legal to smoke or posestionize marijuana anywhere. but if your in your privacy of your own home, not affecting others, most cops will "ignore" you, unless there assholes looking to ruin an individuals day (which there are some out there).

Smoking in your own home is probably the closest thing we have right now to it being legal. But if you just got done smoking a joint and a cop knocks on your door (perhaps for an unrelated matter) and smells pot you can believe he will be interested.

Especially if the parents supply it. That's happened many times and now the laws are getting way stricter about it around here.

.....no, it is not legal to smoke mj in the privacy of your own home. And allowing your kids to smoke and drink thier heads off at the age of 15 is not being very responsible.
