I had a state agent falsify his credentials in order to obtain a
search warrant for an indoor "grow" operation. They run-off
with my buds and stuck me with the stems, but alas, the Appeals
Court threw out the all the evidence . So I figured
who's more dangerous to society me using medical mj or them
running around filling and swearing to made-up documents?
Therefore I complained to the internal affairs division on this agents
actions. Wham!!! I hit the us--against--them wall and was
threatened with a charge of " filing a false police report" if I proceeded because he was too an expert and had 4 Federal and
17 State trials to prove it. So I asked this toady if he could provide me with the citations so I might be able to see for myself.
Noooo was his response he doesn't have them , but I could look them up myself. OK

So, my question is: Does anyone out there know how to find
the court citations by an individual who participated in the case .
Any ideas would be helpful also.

.....as far as legalities go , this is the only thing I`m sure about.....lawyers.com....."ask a lawyer" I hope that helps !

Chances are "if" they falsified documents which would be kind of rare they would have already covered their collective ass and you probably would find the documents.

I ask because they may not mean a thing in terms of the validity of the warrant.

This is the second thing that made me wonder specifically what you are referring to. 4 Federal trials and 17 state trials could be a lot of experience in some aspects or damn little in others.

That's true. It's not his job. That's your job, or the job of an attorney you hire.
