Just wondering if any aussies living in New South Wales know about the laws in nsw. What kind of penalty would u get for growing 4 plants in doors in soil but under 400 watt hps in a complete set up closet grow. Just turned 18 with no previous record. cheers for any help

Need help as i was told today i can may get jail time for it? i was under the impression that for a first offense for groing a bit of weed i would juts get a fine. I mean sure the maximum fine is 2 years jail but in reality what kind of penalty would i get if caught?

thanx for the welcome, i been here a few years now but mainly over at cultivation forums

however its a us site, i hate websites that make you pur in the 'city' and 'countey' but then force you to put in the state, if i live in another country then why would i live in an america state?

not having a go at you, just complaing about th site
