.....DUI`s kill approx. 200,000 a year. If you get a DUI you deserve some jail time !! And no, you don`t stand a better chance in court if you refuse ALL field tests !!

I said SERIOUS injury. That is different than personal injury.

I can't order a blood draw just because you got a tiny cut from a piece of glass.

No, bllod can't be ordered for a "regular" DUI arrest. There are a specific set of situations where it can be ordered. Serious injury accidents are one of them.

I'd suggest you explore the specific in your own states law. In this thread, I'm speaking only about Florida in terms of blood and urine testing.

here in utah, its likely they can order it much more easily. but thats cuz mormons run the state, and theyre 100% anti-drug/alcohol. they even think caffeine is bad because its a weak stimulant.
