I live in so. California and I want to get some seeds off the internet, is that legal or am I gonna get a visit from the police?!?!

I've never gotten seeds off the internet.. I just use bag seeds, but that is offtopic anyways. I tryed doing some googleing for yah with no results, hopefully other people wont be as useless as me. GL

As possession or sale of viable seeds is illegal, it's illegal to buy them from places on the internet. That said, people do it all the time. Seeds are rarely intercepted and if they are, the worst you can expect is a letter from the post office and losing your seeds. Some of the better seedbanks will replace any shipments that get intercepted.

FYI...there is a sister site called Gardenscure.com that covers ALL your questions about EVERYTHING concerning marijuana. They have a section devoted just to seedbanks and the different strains they sell.

dont get them deliered to your house cause thats just asking to get caught, instead get a PO box cause it is illegal, but for more info go to gardenscure.com they will answer all your questions

That's simply not true. Many people on this site and Gardenscure order seeds all the time and it hasn't resulted in a single bust. Having a PO box wouldn't do you any good if they did want to bust you. They'd grab you when you went to pick them up. Fortunately, the feds don't have the resources to pursue a case over a few seeds. All the post office does is confiscate the seeds if they find them.

If you order from a seedbank, I suggest that you pay with an anonymous money order rather than a check or credit card. You don't want to leave a paper trail.

Genetics are an important part when it comes to growing good weed. Seedbanks allow you to get well known and high quality genetics.
