| ok so i drive with people and smoke. its inevitable for me, it happens. also i have my mj card. i know it is illegal to drive and smoke but what if im in the passenger seat?? if we get pullled over and im not driving, is it best to take the hit for all the weed and paraphernalia in the car if i have my mj card and the driver doesnt.??? |
