|  How well-known is this? This is mostly a question for cops, how well-known is the "Secret Agent Joint" among the law-enforcement community in your areas? Basically it's a joint made to look identical to a cigarette, so that someone can smoke it in public and have only the smell as a clue that it's not tobacco in there. Just wondering how many police are on to this. |
