Well let me start by saying I got cought smoking a blunt in my car by a cop. I've got court sep something... Does anyone know if they suspend lisence's for that?


Also, if anyone on here knows if I can get amancipated at 17??

a blunt? in your car? if you were driving, i'd find that pretty hard to believe since it would probably look just like a cigar. if you were stopped in a parking lot though, well, tough luck there, i think they've got ya. but wouldn't the only way they would be able to tell be them smelling it?

He may not have been pulled over for being seen smoking, could have been speeding, got pulled over mid-blunt, and then proceeded to take the shaft from the Po-Po.

But you would think drinking alcohol while driving is allowable ??? This is a tired old argument here, remember, even IF MJ was legalized, there would still be places and situations in which it would be illegal. You would still get DUI's and you would still get arrested or ticketed for "smoking while driving". Alcohol has DUI's and you can also be ticketed or arrested for having an open container. So how is it that when people continue to do idiot things in plain view???

I think you misunderstood me. By that I meant that once you get in trouble, the system sticks it to you with some pretty ridiculus laws. It's a bastard t go through the courts and things.
