I didn't use any preventative packaging, however, I did twist it up in the corner of a bag which kinda sealed it, then I wrapped tape around it a few times...ill keep you posted...its still not there.

wow, you should have at least hid it, man. If you're gonna make the effort to send it you may as well take the 60 seconds to plan a hiding spot. But to be honest, I'd be surprised if anyone finds it.

you should have a put a fake return address.. thats a given. and having your name inside the package is a pretty bad idea as well.. im sure the package will reach its destination, but be more careful next time.

I never would include anything tying me to the illegal contraband if I was doing the sending. Some things just should be common sense. Don't use a real return addy (at least not YOUR addy) vaccuum seal it, perferrably twice, etc. I've never recieved any packages where the sender dodn't take reasonable steps to conceal the contents. It SHOLULD still get there, but next time be a biot smarter about sending it. If this letter gets seized, its because you failed to excercise the least bit of caution in sending it. Never tie yourself to what you send, and package it appropriately

Yeah, a real return address is NOT needed whatsoever. A return address period isn't even needed, although it's advised to look less suspicious.
The only reason you put a return address on is so they can send something back or return the package to sender if there isa problem....If you got your package of weed back stamped with 'Return to Sender', I dono about you, but I'd be pretty fuckin spooked

Under federal law, distribution of a small amount of cannabis without remuneration is considered to be possession. It carries a maximum of one year in prison and $1,000 fine.

However, the DEA has better things to do than make a federal case out of tiny possession busts. I'd expect that the worst that would happen is that the package never arrives.

It turned out that the package was sent to the wrong zip code...which I thought was strange, since the right zip code was printed neatly on the package in three places...
