If I am not mistaken a warrant is required to open US mail. At least I think this was the case at one time (before the Patriot Act). This is not the case with FedEx and UPS.

i dont think anything will happen but if the police start asking questions deny everything and say that you didnt send that and that someone must have used your adress

FedEx has a pretty strict policy on not opening the package. UPS will go through your shit.
