For selling a gram in Oregon?

If it is a gift, it is the same as possession. If it is a sale it is a class B felony punishable by a max of 10 years and $100,000. If it is a 1st weed offense, it most likely will be no where near the maximum penalty. How they differentiate between sale and gift i dont really know. I guess they have to actually observe a money transfer, but this is just a guess so dont take it as fact.

I've said this here before:

Look at the STATE STATUTE, many of the laws which NORML has on its site are outdated or even blatantly false (such as for my state).

I could be mistaken, but I believe those state-by-state listings are pretty much the maximum penalty laws.
