alright, so my sister is in high school, and shes been dealing with these 3 asshole guys who are basically sexually harrassing her over facebook. she got suspended for something, my mom, apologized to the principal for her and said she has been stressed because of the 3 assholes over the internet. the principal asked to see what was said on the internet about her. she brought it in, only one ofthe 3 guys has the name on the thing. the police are now investigating it apparently, and the kid that got in trouble, went home and to get the heat off his chest, he said that my sisters boyfriend threatened her, and that i have a gun. i dont own a gun, and if i said anything about one, i was referring to the gun keychain n my jacket, and he knows damn well that, that was what i was referring to.
so what im wondering is, him saying i have a gun, is that enough reason for them to search my house? and if so, what should i do about my pot paraphanlia? what can i do to clean it so theres no resin. thanks.

High School histrionics. Not really important to us in the real world; all this he-said, she-said back-stabbing snitchen'; but I'll bet your sister is the primary aggressor.

If by him saying you have a gun, you mean he said "T montAna has a 38 caliber Smith & Wesson Chief's Special in stainless steel with black grips stored in a shoe box under his bed right next to his Playboy Magazines" then maybe it might be an issue. But if he simply says "he has a gun" without a clear description indicating how he knows, what it is, and where it is stored - no chance on a warrant.

On the other hand - if you think that simply cleaning the resin out of your pipes makes them legal then you are not clued into the real world. Regardless of how this school bully situation works out, if you have not figured out how to hide your gear so no one can find it, then you should not have such gear in your life. Also, as a minor, I highly recommend you be very limited in the amount of paraphernalia you keep - like one item, period.
