i dont know about killing him, id do something more along the lines of letting everybody know what he did and if he denies it then lump him up a little.

Definitely get an attorney - this set up screams entrapment. It would be very helpful if you document the number of times he asked you. i.e. get a pocket calendar make a note on each day that he requested you help him. If he contacted you via cell phone, you'll also have those records.

Remember he instigated the transacation - it would never have taken place without his insistence. Good luck and good karma!

This matters nil. If I continually and persistently asked you to steal something for me or kill someone, it would be your responsibility to answer 'no.' As TM stated, entrapment is reserved for when a person is extorted into commiting a crime (by L.E.) that they otherwise would not have even considered committing. Simply not having the will power to tell a sketchy kid "I will not purchase an illegal substance for you" would NEVER fly as entrapment. If I was the judge in this case, I would literally laugh you out of the courtroom if you made such a claim.

Advice to the OP: #1 Don't buy weed for people anymore (Although I hope you already decided not to); #2 Get a lawyer. If this is your first offense, I'd say you have a pretty reasonable chance of pleading to a misdimeanor.

I dont like the advice some people are giving this guy about getting back at the snitch. That is just going to add more punishment to what he already has to go through. And killing him??? Are you serious. This doesnt deserve a killing at all. You people can give some bad advice.

He has alreadycooperated with the cops once, im sure he would have no trouble turning him in for an assault charge.

Get a lawyer if you are lucky you MIGHT be able to get it bumped down to simple possession, but just take what you get like a man. You did deal weed, so you gotta face the consequences.
