Hey, I was wondering what happends if you get pulled over with like 20 blunts? Because I no that if you have 3 bags in califorina its possession of sales but if you have 20 blunts rolled up wouldnt it be just a ticket for possession?

i think it would be still possesion since they arent bagged up, they are seperate, but its in a ready-for-smoking form...not shure tho

Possession with intent to distribute - hands down. Any time it is distinctly seperated into any size portions (especially if it is a large amount of them - like 20) it will be assumed that you are selling.

May not seem right...but that's the way it is.

It will depend on what they decide to charge you with.... If I was the DA, I would see an easy intent-to-distribute. 20 Blunts, especially if yours are rolled with more than 1.4 grams each. You'd have a total of more than 28 grams, which is no longer possession, even in CA.

Haha, what an odd question. But yeah, I agree that it'd probably result in an "intent to distribute" charge.

if the weight stays under 28.5 ounces than you may have a fighting chance, with a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY good lawyer, since they are individualy wrapped than they could say that your are selling it by the blunt, in which case your screwed
