| It's completely illegal. Viable cannabis seeds are considered to be marijuana, which is illegal under federal law. When a seed shipment is intercepted, you'll get a note asking if you want to claim the package. If you don't, that's the last you'll hear of it. I've never heard of anyone getting prosecuted over ordering seeds, only selling them. Some of the better European seeds banks will even replace a confiscated shipment.
