| Hi everyone. I am just curious about something. There are many adverts on the net that sell marijuana seeds and so called "legal bud". What exactly is legal bud and dont the police monitor these advert sites so that they can see who buys what and in doing so, be able to bust them? |

| Why would law enforcement monitor anyone buying a legal product? The legal buds are buds of plants that are legal. They are NOT marijuana. They won't get you high. As far as seeds, I have no idea. Law enforcement typically goes after sellers, not buyers. The better seed banks maintain no customer records post-purchase for the protection of their customers. Many seed banks will not sell to U.S. customers because of draconian laws in that country. The internet is a global medium. It's not up to one nation or another to police it. Granted, if you engage in a transaction that would violate the law that applies to you, then you're under whatever jurisdiction and subject to those penalties if you are convicted. BTW - This should have been posted in the Legal Issues forum. I've moved the thread there.
