|  Question... One of my friends were smoking near the woods, and a cop came by. He ran into the woods and thankfully lost him. What if he catched up to him? How much more severe would the punishment be? |

| its not a good idea to run from a cop unless you are almost positive you can get away. evading arest is pretty heavy charge |
