Just what we need: another illiterate marijuana legalization advocate. Why don't people realize that by babbling like a moron you hurt the legalization movement? If you want to present your cause to the public, you need to think clearly, write well, and have solid arguments. Sounding like a retarded pothead just reinforces the arguments of the prohibitionists.

all we need is 1-2 more rounds at the white house and our generation is fine.

People dont understand that you cant just have a radical change straight up right away... it takes time to change. You have people like BUSH and other DEA people who either A) never smoked pot and they never will, B) people who have smoked and still want to cover the truth up, or C) people who have smoked and recognize the benefits of legalizing marijuana.

Legalizing marijuana would help our ENTIRE government with problems it is facing right now.
1) Our Country is so far in debt's ass hole, there is no possible way it can recover without another source of revenue.
2)OUR country is facing a DRUG problem that consists of a) MISINFORMATION, b) Corruption, and c) lack of public expression....

As for #2, the main problem with today is that most people to this day are still not informed on drugs, their effects, how, when, why, where. ALL "people" want to believe is what the government wants them to. If the government says POT is bad, people will agree, if they say METH is bad they would agree.... Now Misinformation can further lead to a sort of "brain washing" that the general public has to this day. Not enough people have the information regarding marijuana and its effects, same with other hard drugs. If the public was informed that MARIJUANA could help our government, i would suggest more people would support it.

There was a comment awhiles back from some guy named rugbee or something....

States that H E thinks that if pot was legal, kids would be dropping out of school like flys, and would hurt our nation... Sorry to break this to you but you are completly wrong and uninformed. IF pot was legalized, it would not be AVAILABLE for kids... Would probably be aged to 18 or 21 like alcohol.

That's interesting. It's exactly what we were saying in 1968... When Keith Stroup formed NORML in 1970, he was sure that marijuana would be legal by 1980.

its only addictive because of the way its grown, back in the 60's the THC wasnt anywhere near has high as it is now,and it isnt legal cuz the government cant tax it.my opinion,i smoke pot and got none of those things above,i dont have aids i dont feel sick, and if it effects ur health wow alot of people who play sports smoke pot,pot causes cancer..really? so does the sun and the air around us.

marijuana causes the munchies : irrefutable fact.

People with aids and antiretrovirals, and cancer , etc, etc, etc
are nauseous to the point they cannot eat, which makes their condition worse.

How much more evidence do you need?

Marijuana may be harmful only in the face of food shortages, as the body cannot satisfy the munchie, and the result is it sucks nutrients from elsewhere. This is why it could not be legal during the depression or famine, and causes problems in poverty ridden ghettos, but not in middle class paradise.

Long winded, nauseating writing is a sure sign of a lack of LOGIC.

THC isn't addictive, no matter how much of it there is. You've bought into prohibitionist bullshit. We had Thai Sticks back then that were every bit as potent as today's high-end weed. Very little of the weed on the market today is higher than 8% THC.

Another prohibitionist myth. Marijuana not only doesn't cause cancer, there is much evidence that it can prevent cancer.
