I just read this little story.

about an initiative in Seattle which would make pot the lowest priority for local police.

John Walters on the other hand is calling it a "Con" to promote legalization of marijuana.

The only "Con" I see, is John P. Walters. He lies to the public consistently about the dangers of "crack" marijuana. LOL
