I found out I made a 30on my ACT (falls in the top three percent in the nation).
Been smoking just about everyday for the past year and a half.
Legalize it already.

ya, weed doesn't make you dumb, there's just lots of dumb people who smoke it... i love laughing at people who think that when i did better than them on a test when i was ripped

Is that the point? Anytime I smoke thats exactly what I want, to dumb out and not think of everything else in my stressful life. It doesnt permanently make you dumb, but the dumber the weed makes me the better! That said I still wouldnt do anything stupid when smoking, it doesnt hinder you that bad, not like alcohol does...

Whhhat? I guess the point could be to make you dumb...
But for me its not. I smoke to let my mind expand and soar.
I think deeper and harder about more complex, creative ideas.
Which it turn takes me away from my stressful life. I enjoy doing simple
things when I'm high. Something I can focus on and be creative while doing.
Try it. You feel higher. Less lathargic. Productive.

i feel like dis, no bullshit there's no way in hell that weed can make u dumb or stupid the only way somebody can come to a dumb ass agreement like that is that they were already stupid or that they were just that dumb. I know this first hand b/c i smoked out my whole senior year of high school & come to find out i actually learened alot of shit & it wasn't by choice that i wanted 2. if u truly smoke weed alot u know what i'm talking about b/c thats the only time u think everything in the world is interesting........

I smoke to help me be creative. (not that I alredy am, it just helps the ideas flow.)
I also smoke to help me philosiphy. (and I do that good alredy, but I just get all these great realizations when I am on weed.)
Basically I smoke to make me smarter, not dumber. (Not really smarter, but it helps ideas and thoughts flow more freely, without needing to invest hours of meditation to ge to the same state.) To me the best possible thiong to do when you can't get more stoned withut getting too stoned, but want to get more stoned, is to meditate, you go to other worlds...

Seriously though, I've heard the same arguement about alcohol from drunks. You MAY THINK you're smarter when high but the odds are, you would most likely bomb a calculus test or anything that took a great deal of concentration. Remember...you're high.

See, and I think that this is what is so beautiful about marijuana. I can use it in both ways that have been talked about here. While I would never try to take a test high, I can use it either to dumb myself down to ridiculously goofy and "stoner moment" levels OR i can use it to expand my thoughts and allow myself to see things from a different and more open perspective. That is what I love about this stuff. Whatever suits me that day is what I can apply the effects to that day!

There is definately something wrong with you if thats the case. You might want to put the pipe down and get your head straight and deal with your reality issues first.
