, My spirits were lifted when I read this. I do have a good feeling about the world that hey maybe it isn't all going to shit. I mean people are starting to care about Global Warming. Most people think the Iraq War is shit. And most of all cannabis liberalization may intensify over the next few years.

Thankfully these American neo-con policies are being valiantly fought against, but there is still a lot to do. America's dumbass brainchild the "Drug War" is still the norm throughout the world and especially the states, but hopefully for not much longer.

What are your thoughts?

Nice read I appreciate it. I agree that the world is not inline with America on drug policy as well as fighting wars for reasons officially unknown. Good for the dutch and any other nation that is taking the suffering of sick people serious.

my thoughts? That was from 2003, 5 bloody years ago! How about something a little more current? Like is it true "magic mushrooms" are no longer allowed in Netherlands? Good article but also old, more current info appreciated. thanks!

Magic Mushrooms are not allowed to be discussed on this website. In your introductions thread, you were advised to read the guidelines. There is also a handy dandy little link to the guidelines in my signature. We only discuss marijuana here unless you are discussing other drugs in conjunction with marijuana. That is probably why you don't see an article on mushrooms.

with all the shit going on in the world today, with high gas prices, countries at war and the huge oil crisis sweeping nations including ours, the war on drugs should be taking a back seat for a while i think. both the recent was america has been in (iraq, drugs) the government has failed miserably to control both and they will never realize that most of the time theyre rong about damn near everything.
