| MJ is legal in Denver, not just medical MJ, but for everyone, and once we get rid of the republican religious fanatics it will be be common place. I like the idea of an MJ vending machine on the 16th street mall Yeah...go Obama!! |

| it is "legal" but that doesnt mean people arent still getting arrested for it. the good news is that in the city of denver, as long as you are only being cited for possession of one ounce or less you have a VERY good chance of getting off scott free. i talked with colorado lawyer rob corry briefly, he explains how anybody needing representation for simple possession cases can doso free of charge- rob corry on Vimeo |

| That was a phenomenal video. I participated in that protest (I show up at around 54 seconds with the 'Big Brother is Watching You' sign) and was marveled at how peaceful and effective it seemed. The media largely blacked that demonstration out and ridiculed the kids as "16 year old stoners" who "started an hour late" because we were too busy getting high. This video, on the other hand, is a great representation of the nature of that march. Thank you so much. I'm going to link you in my LJ and on my youtube video. Too Much of a Good Thing |

I've often wondered if, on average, the obligatory-dude-with-a-megaphone is a leader in the march, or just the only guy who thought to bring a megaphone. I've always wanted to have a megaphone i my car, so if I saw a protest walk by--any protest--I could walk infront and start chanting about anything I want. | |
