| Is that for a specific state? I think it sounds good personally, not as much worrying about having it with you when you drive somewhere. |

| Whats so unclear about the new laws? I'm going to assume the police will be instructed to do the same thing we do here in Canada. And drug paraphernalia found under a certain amount is to be destroyed on site. Which means, if you have a 50 sac and the police find it, they are going to dump it out in front of you, and step on it. Bong in the backpack? Most likely the cop is going to run it over with his car. It probably wont come to that, because it wont be worth there time writing the ticket. Congrats, people of the united states on the new law ![]() |

| There is another thread about this in the News section. Perhaps the two can be merged? But, yes, it is generally agreed upon that the police and DA's can figure out most, if not all, of these "issues" with relatively little effort or deep thought on their part. They're just being difficult because they didn't get their way. Now they're just doing whatever they can to dig their feet in the ground to stop things from moving or changing from the way they once were. I thought this post in the comments section of the article was fucking awesome: Quote:
Yes, Massachusetts. But driving under the influence of any drug - including marijuana - is still an arrestable offense.

| Im proud of my fellow Massachusetts voters, hopefully these decriminalization will start to spread across the whole nation. I also believe that this law is going to be very easy for pigs to enforce and they are all just mad because now they will have to find other ways to make their quotas. The one part I am sort of confused about is if they find a bubbler or bowl. Is having weed paraphernalia a criminal offense?
