| Afternoon all - i was never a drug warrior from the first day i put on a badge and gun. I never busted anyone for pot - as a stand alone charge. When the drug war took off in the mid 80s, i liked it less because my colleagues began spending most of their free time trying to bust Michigan State students who had a baggie under their seat. |

| The second part of the reason i became involved...after leaving police work, i needed something important to do...since i could no longer bust DUIs and child molesters, ending modern prohibition was the best way to redirect current cops to real public safety issues. |
