40% of this country believes that Marijuana should be legalized. Millions of Americans smoke marijuana every day. Why are our voices not being heard?

The system is corrupt. Politicians sell their votes for lobbyist money. We need some way to get the facts out there to the American people, because Obama clearly isn't going to let that happen.

Some kind of event needs to be organized - something where millions of us can join together and fight for a cause we believe in. This small stuff like "hoping" Obama would actually consider our questions or read our letters is not working.

We need something that will garner lots of national media attention. We need people to hear what legalizing marijuana will do for this country. If it's going to happen anytime soon, it's going to happen while we are in this depression. It's really the perfect opportunity.

Anyone have any ideas?

I almost feel foolish for making this post, but we'll see what happens from here.
