| Lil Wayne to endorse marijuana cigars - International Stars - Entertainment - The Times of India Lil Wayne to endorse marijuana cigars According to the Hip Hop Weekly magazine, the Lollipop hitmaker is a well-known advocate of the drug. He’s a huge fan of Bogey Blunts and thus has allowed manufacturers to use his image on the packaging, reports Contactmusic . The cigars are made with leaves that can be easily unrolled for users to add their own tobacco. Meanwhile, reports say that Wayne’s on/off girlfriend Nivea is pregnant with his child and is also planning to wed her this summer. |

| Thats cool. I dont know what kind of political power "Lil Wayne" is going to have for the cause, but cool. To me, he's not articulate enough to really make a difference in the government or peoples' eyes. For that you need Bill Maher, Tommy Chong, and Bill Hicks.

That said, they're all miles ahead of Lil' Wayne on that front, and it's always nice to have people open about marijuana use.

To be fair, celebrity figures do have great opportunities to change laws. Perfect example. Recently, Russell Simmons rallied against the New York Rockerfeller laws, and was relentlessly vocal about it which got to Gov Patersons ear. Good for Lil Wayne. I'm definitely going to pick me up some of them. ![]()

| Nate Dogg has been part of his own blunt wrap company for a while now. So Lil Wayne is doing it too? Where's the news?

| i don't think he's making a point by doing this, i mean he gets free blunts for life. But it does open the doors for other stars to start endorsing these products. |
