I like to think so, but my intelligence tells me no. There are more people in America right now that don't smoke marijuana than those who do. Granted today's society is becoming more and more lenient towards it, but there are always going to be people totally against it. In today's society minorites have much more political pull than the majority, but that's clearly not the case here.

The fact of the matter is our government is nothing but a bunch of hypocrits who are scared shitless about losing their jobs. Most of them have taken illegal drugs... hell far worse than some of us. Even though they see marijuana as a HUGE source of income, let me say that again HUGE SOURCE OF INCOME, they refuse to legalize it and control because they are afraid they will lose their constiuents.

There is a long list of reason why it shouldn't be legalized and a long of why it should be, but I only need to give you one: IT IS A FUCKING PLANT!

Who knows maybe some politician will pull his head out his ass and realize this needs to get done. More than likely it will be a pothead from Bumfuck, North Dakota who get elected into office and legalizes it.
