I know yall don't enforce your laws like we do. i mean grow houses, at-least when i was in school (1997-2000) Canada was letting people walk even though they were growing weed in the whole house. And you think Canada has it bad????

i know the application of our laws is looser than a hoe, but can't we just get rid of the laws we don't even enforce? Or at least make the sentence guidelines more consistant with what people ACTUALLY get
