| As I take it, medical marijuana strains, paraphernalia, edibles, papers, can't advertise freely like every other private company because mmj is considered a medicine, so there's no need to market it to the entire population for a medicine. Because of this, there is extremely little mmj advertisements. I've seen 2 advertisements on the last page of a local city magazine, but I've never seen a billboard or a TV advertisement for medical marijuana. SO, since medical marijuana isn't able to be marketed like beer is, because mmj is.. medical, and beer is.. not, wouldn't legalization of marijuana for recreational use open up new businesses and brands and even advertisements just like beer? For example, let's say if it were legalized, couldn't black and mild introduce a new blunt product instead of cigars since it would be legal? Or wouldn't coffeeshops be able to advertise similar to beer? I know that cigarettes can't be advertised on TV, but beer is, and I'm not sure what they would say about pot being on TV. They'd probably be dicks about it and just make it the same as tobacco, not sure though. So what does everyone envision businesses, advertising, and products to be like if it were legalized? Do you think businesses could publicly pull up new marijuana related products... or EVEN advertise them? and to who? Basically would pot be more like cigarettes or beer? Will "coffeeshops" advertise and will the whole world start being exposed to pot just as much as they are exposed to ciggs and alcohol?

| There smoking products. I think they may fall under the cig ban. I have to google around but I think I am right, someone correct me if I'm wrong. There is money to be made and spread around. It's matter of changing the laws so it can go main stream. |

| I really don't know what to expect. I think if it were legalized it would take a a few years or even more to get solid advertisement. Think about it, one day they're airing 100,000 truth commercials then the next day they're airing commercials for grand daddy purp lol, I don't think that would happen right away, but it would be nice As far as products go I think vap/bong/pipe companies will be making a lot more money, so kids it's never to late to start investing and going into the glass business!

| Advertise it as eaten medicine,as all the health issues against marijuana are because of possible lung damage, just eat it. Regardless of whether you smoke it or vaporize it,your lungs only absorb appx 40% of what you take in,on the first hit,and as we have all experienced, each following hit is held a little less than the proceeding. Eating is the only true way to get 100% of the medicine. |

| Just a thought,if I was opening a medical marijuana clinic,I would sell all my medicine with recipes for cooking it as medical directions. There would be no bongs or smoking devices to even allow the lung damage issue to enter into the business. |

| plus food companies could capitialize by producing foods marketed towards fighting the war on the munchies. then the concerns of staying physically fit would also be introduced and the competition for healthy and delicious food would arise. Thus leading to a better less obese world. |

When i have the munchies i will not go and get veggies out of the fridge lol, I'm probably gonna go for that delicious chocolate bar! Advertising food towards stoners would be straight up genius because admit it when your in that convenient store stoned as fuck trying to decide what to get , it's probably one of the hardest decisions i would make during that day...So if they made it easy and said "oh hey stoner, your stoned as fuck come on over here and buy me" lol | |

| And for a business, how about grow guru's? Hired experienced pot growers that help and teach you the in's and out's of growing herb. Helping people design custom grow rooms and getting them operational and producing. And how many herb garden centers will open with the items for the small grower? The business opportunities are endless. And how about county fairs? Will we be able to enter our herb in the vegetable competition, and can I be a judge? | that all sounds excellent clay the biggest argument you will get is "what about the kids?". they know why adults drink alcohol and are aware of the dangers and they will need the same understanding about pot. |
