I'm from Wisconsin, busted twice. The first time was just paraphernalia, and the officers told me that the first time for paraphernalia as well as for weed is only a misdemeanor, but after that I was looking at felony charges. The second time I was busted I had a pipe AND an eighth, as well as my 2nd DUI (so so so VERY stoopid!). I was told by the judge that I could have possibly been looking at felony charges, but since my record was pretty clean (only one prior), and since I was already in deep shit for my 2nd owi, they dropped the second paraphernalia charge and charged me with JUST possession of THC and the OWI.

So, now, I dont bring along anything I cant eat up right away. I suppose if it was found without u being there, U wouldn't have nothing to worry about and if they try to say it's yours, u can "just say NO". I was busted with it on me and in my vehicle. You should have seen/heard the cop busting me, he was acting like he found POUNDS! Really rubbing it in too.
