|  With the legalization of one ounce of marijuana pass in Nevada this election season? The last initiative in Nevada didn't pass. The results were 39% favoring sanity, 61 opposing it. This year the Marijuana Policy Project has gone at it again, but wording the initiative more tightly, increasing penalties for distribution for minors, increasing penalties for killing someone while driving under the influence of marijuana, and finally, the initiative decreases the amount of marijuana that is legal for an adult to possess from 3 ounces in 2002, now to 1 ounce. So the question. Will it pass in 04?
