New Mexicos Govenor Bill Richardson signed a bill allowing Medical Marijuana use. The catch..... You can grow 3 plants legally till the State starts growing weed for us. Uh oh they are definitely going to screw that up, not knowing Male from Female, how to get the best growing techniques, the list goes on.

But at least the Dude is behind us, probably smokes hisself haha.
And be advised APD will arrest you for paraphenaleia (spelled it wrong I know) due to Crack heads and Heroin users, you DO NOT want to deal with the cops here!
