You alienate your greatest asset - the drinker, smoker, addict and those casual daily users like me. Are you sure you have thought this out? Seems like this is a time for a "Smoked some Weed - Vote some Yes"; not an appeal to the masses to ignore real life and brand other substances as evil.

As I recall CRCM's major point is that people are smoking, even though it's illegal. This leads to criminals making all the money, so they want to tax and regulate it. In the end, hopefully, you end up with no market for the criminals, and the state making shit loads of money on taxes... Point that out.

They're smoking anyways... Why don't we get a piece? Cha-ching
Then maybe a little something about the lack of deaths.

If I remember correctly, the United Methodist Chuch supports Medpot, and so does the Nurses Association of America. That could find a place somewhere.
