What makes it fun? Being paranoid that you might get caught? Maybe it's the exciting possibility of going to jail?

Why would you say that? What if you could grow your own? If weed was legalized, it would be high quality and it would be cheap. Otherwise, how would they make money? The government would need to make money off weed if it were legal. If people weren't satisfied with prices and quality they would just purchase what they desire off the street.

Does the government sell cigarettes? Does the government sell beer? What makes you think that the government would sell legal marijuana?

Legal weed would be sold through the same outlets that sell other legal recreational drugs. It would be competitively priced. If it weren't, people would grow their own, barter with growers, or continue the black market.

here in the great state of california..i have a feeling it will be legalized pretty soon. theyve already implemented a tax on it and why make something illegal while the state is profiting from it?
