Hey guys, I want to write a paper on legalizing marijuana. I have a lot of ideas but I am a really really bad at compressing my ideas and putting them on paper. So my question is what would 3 good points be to legalize marijuana. There are a lot but what do you guys think are the best?

Also is the lounge the right place to post? I didnt know if i should put it in creative writing or not.

1. Your teacher is going to really like it if you branch from the practical to the philosophical. Individual freedom and liberty to make your own choices about what goes into your body, and that you know what should go in there better than any government does. YOur teacher will like it.

1) Leading cause of death from substances i.e. Cigarettes way way WAY at the top, other drugs in between, Aspirin 500 deaths a year and lastly Marijuana 0 deaths.
2) Marijuana in the media, its acceptance and glamourization.
3) Holland as an example of how legalization hasn't turned the nation into a stoner nation.

it should be legal because its awesome! but i ahd a friend who did something like this, just list why its illigal, why it shouldnt be, and what good things would come out of legalization

Three good topics to write on marijuana are the medical benefits, taxation issues and facts about marijuana.

1.it helps many people get through the horrible ordeal of cancer

2.the war on drugs is i giant drain on the budget of the US someday that money will run out if it continues

3.legalization and a plan to bring the trafficing of weed from the streets to stores that the government could tax like cigs would lead to billions of extra dolars a year...that means less taxes for tax payers

What kind of a paper are you writing? Is it an essay, reserch paper, ect.?
