I'd be guessing that the Cannabis would be in little baggies, assorted by their type (for example: Blueberry, White Widow, Purple, Haze, etc.) and those in column-assortments for amounts for 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1 oz. etc.

Also, it'd be likely that if it was legal, there would be tons of websites going up to sell Cannabis and its related contents.

I also believe after Cannabis becomes legal, other drugs will be fought to be legal, which is a big problem

that woud be nice to just go in to the local ampm and grab a gram or two, everyday, of some nice blueberry or widow, maybe some sour d, i can see it now

and you know it would be hellishly cheap once all the tabbaco companys started selling it in pre-rolled packs, blunts, and fatty cigars


that will be the day, hope i get to see it, if the 2008 california hemp & health initiative gets passed im going to spark a fatty, cause it states that no person shall be prosecuted for possesing, growing, or smoking of any part of the plant cannabis sativa, might not be 21 but ill probably just get a ticket if i am caught,better than jail

Still, dealing is illegal I would guess and you'd probably still get arrested for a few reasons if you were caught:

1. The new law would probably not be enforced enough.

2. States as well as any nation need time to spread the new law, so that people can know, so police stations could be uninformed of the new laws that very first day.

3. You're still under 21, so it'll be a possible jail, especially because it would have just gotten legalized that day (if informed of course), and it'll be like possession of tobacco or alcohol when you're under the age of that.

...but of course, in celebration, I'd smoke ounces :P

you could be right on that but i figure it should only be around a couple of days befor the local cops get the new law but it would probably just be a fine not jail time, i might have to spend a night in jail, it will probably be better than going home to my parents that night cause i wil be WWWAAAAAYYYY to high, give them some time to cool off

Hahaha, as soon as the Smoke Shop opens up and Cannabis finally becomes legal

I wonder if major corporations would add addicting elements to the pot. I could see that happening but we may never know. The fight for legalization has gone on for a long time but its still illegal. And seeing the government's ridiculous propagandist bullshit all over isn't exactly heartening.
