If marijuana is ever legalized, what would law inforcement do about minors smoking it ( i.e. under 18 or 21 ). Would they be able to make an arrest? Or they cant do anything about it, just like if minors are smoking cigarettes?

It would be the same as it is now when a minor is caught with alcohol.

You might be better off getting caught if it's legalized as opposed to not though.

I would say that by the time marijuana is legalized, you will be well over 18 and 21, so no worries

it will be treated just like alcohol so it will be harder to get but if your lucky enough to look 18 or 21 whatever the age is set to then hell the cop wont stop you
