|  IT is LEGAL ALREADY dont you see? Marijuana is legal already but not for CLOWNS you can buy you can sell where ever you are, offcourse for kids are illegal for kids that like to smoke around other people just to disturb them. Marijuana is not illegal, disturb people is |

| That has to be one of the dumbest things i read. It the same reasoning behind its only illegal if you get caught. My neighbor who is about 50 got arrested a few months back because apparently he was being sued for someone jumping on his car in a cross walk just to sue him basically. When you get sued the sheriff comes to your door to inform you. So he was smoking a joint on his back porch when the sheriff came to tell him that he was being sued, and obviously the sheriff smelt it, easily got a warrant in about 5 minutes walked around his fence and caught him smoking it. He searched his house and found about 2 ounces. He was disturbing no one, but yet still got arrested (in my state 2 oz is a felony and he could be facing jail time, but i doubt it since he is 50 something and has a clean record.) And i was arrested doing it in my dorm room (dumb i know but i just got really unlucky.) A friend happened to open the door, 30 minutes after we smoked a in the blunt in the bathroom, right as a cop was walking by the door. He walked in the room and said "You guys have been smoking dope. Its not even good dope, trust me i would know." Since its owned by the university, they can go in any main room with out any type of warrent or anything.(the doorm we are in have 4 bedroom 2 bathrooms and a main living area) so he did and searched me and found 1 small scrap of weed (literally like a really small stem that was maybe 5mm long) and that was enough for him to search my room and found a bag of about 1/8 of an ounce and another bag with about 5 seeds and 1 kinda big stem. So its not really legal if you are not disturbing anyone, because no matter how many precaution you take, an unfortunate turn of events can happen and get you busted. | ...umm , Tom ? Please take dedbrs advice and try to be a little more legible. It makes it a lot easier to read and understand what you're trying to say. For the record Tom, marijuana is not legal anywhere in the US on the federal level !!!

| Imma have to agree with tom here,(or at least what i think he was trying to say)as long as your not stupid, and don't disturb people with your pot smoking.its kinda hard get caught in your own home not bothering anyone?

| After reading the OP several times I finally figured out what he was TRYING to say. As I do agree with the thought you've got to know that making a statement like that was definitely going to bring argument from people taking it literally. Please, if your going to post, take the time to make sure it's comprehensible to people other than yourself.
