|  San Diego In Smoking Peril Please Assist! if you cared about san diego when we were ablaze, listen up... as of december 1st, 2007, nothing with a carb will be sold in san diego county. ask mike aguirre he's banning them. don't believe me, go to any smoke shop, there are such sick sales. |  Sorry, but I find the idea of San Diego burning up to be more of a concern than a new headshop law. While unfortunate, its something people have learned to live with (and get around) all over the country. Many of us are forced to shop online for pipes and whatnot because of local laws concerning the sale of pipes. In some states, possession of a used pipe will earn you a much harsher punishment than having weed on you. To attempt to compare this in importance to the SanDiego fires is in poor taste, IMO.
