|  Pot possession is NOT illegal in Canada!!! Yup, read it here!!! The Ontario Superior Court has declared that Canada has no law that prohibits the possession of marijuana. This is the highest court in the Ontario justice system, and the ruling means that all judges must interpret future cases in this way. Technically, the decrim legislation will be "recriminalizing" possession! So, andyone that gets arrested in Canada int he next few weeks, you'll be in a position to sue the police for wrongful arrest, no joke!
