Default Democrats Obama and Clinton Do Not Care About Sick People. But Ron Paul does.

Documents testimony at MA State House medical and marijuana decrim hearings from both family members and medical marijuana patients suffering from pain with HIV, AIDS, Hep C, Crohns Disease, Lupus, Spinal fusions, back pain, strokes, migraines and more.

Also features quotes from Massachusetts Governor, Deval Patrick.

Candidates for President and whether they support marijuana reform:
Democrats: Barack Obama (Endorsed by MA Governor Patrick) and Hillary Clinton do not. *Mike Gravel does.

Republicans: *Ron Paul does.

Music from Leon Rich "Sweet Mary".

A large number spoke in favor of medical marijuana and marijuana decrim, not one person testified against the bills.

NOT ONE!

Contact Governor Deval Patrick and ask him to support marijuana decrim.

He is a libertarian Republican, a former Congressman. I expect that Clinton and Obama would be more open to medical marijuana than the Republican candidates would, but I'm not holding my breath.

Wow.... he's been in a very long time. His campaign is all about getting his message out to more people, he doesn't care if he's elected or not.

If you want to learn more about Ron Paul (which I highly recommend you do) just visit Ron Paul 2008 ; Hope for America or Google his name, you will most likely be very pleased with what you find.

I'd say the title of this thread is misleading.

Clinton and Obama have both said that they would stop DEA interference with medical marijuana patients in the states that have passed medical marijuana laws.

Clinton and Obama both favor some form of universal health care. Ron Paul, being a Libertarian, believes that people should sink or swim on their own.

The Democrats seem to have much more concern about sick people (especially non-wealthy sick people) than any of the Republicans.

I find your points to be misleading. Neither is a real advocate for medical marijuana. They are both known liars and corrupt to boot. It's a big leap to believe that corrupt people will do the right thing...

Neither support decrim. My opinion is that medical often doesn't go far enough. And neither really is an advocate for medical marijuana. They just went there because Granite Staters put on the pressure and they didn't want to be embarrassed by medical marijuana patients at their campaign events. Calling them out works. I am doing it once again. It works. And not just for this campaign or these candidates. But for the future as well.

But back to medical marijuana, in my own instance, I have daily back pain from when I was trying to be an Olympic wrestler. That almost never gets coverage under medical marijuana. But for me personally, it's much bigger than that. I don't trust these two candidates one bit. They lie and lie and then lie some more.

Glad to see that you care and involved in doing some research to make a good vote! It's important as you know. No matter who you vote for that is what really counts.

Judicial Watch Announces List of Washington’s “Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians” for 2007 | Judicial Watch

Top ten most corrupt of 2007 from non partisan highly respected group.

If a politicians is crooked how are we supposed to trust them to do the right thing? I don't get it.

1. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY): In addition to her long and sordid ethics record, Senator Hillary Clinton took a lot of heat in 2007 and rightly so for blocking the release her official White House records. Many suspect these records contain a treasure trove of information related to her role in a number of serious Clinton-era scandals. Moreover, in March 2007, Judicial Watch filed an ethics complaint against Senator Clinton for filing false financial disclosure forms with the U.S. Senate (again). And Hillarys top campaign contributor, Norman Hsu, was exposed as a felon and a fugitive from justice in 2007. Hsu pleaded guilt to one count of grand theft for defrauding investors as part of a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme.

8. Senator Barack Obama (D-IL): A Dishonorable Mention last year, Senator Obama moves onto the ten most wanted list in 2007. In 2006, it was discovered that Obama was involved in a suspicious real estate deal with an indicted political fundraiser, Antoin Tony Rezko. In 2007, more reports surfaced of deeper and suspicious business and political connections It was reported that just two months after he joined the Senate, Obama purchased $50,000 worth of stock in speculative companies whose major investors were his biggest campaign contributors. One of the companies was a biotech concern that benefited from legislation Obama pushed just two weeks after the senator purchased $5,000 of the companys shares. Obama was also nabbed conducting campaign business in his Senate office, a violation of federal law.

Best,
Mike C

I'd also add that I will never believe a candidate cares about poor people when they never mention the role of the FEDERAL RESERVE.

THE FEDERAL RESERVE is a private bank that steals from workers and the poor to pay the richest 1000 corporations. If Obama or Hillary really cared for poor people, they would make it an issue. They don't and won't. Because they are ruled by money and really don't care about poor people except to use them for campaigns.

Health care was affordable before the FEDERAL RESERVE started printing mad money out of thin air to give it to the richest corporations like WAL-MART that are allowed to print it out of thin air. That's why people can't afford health care. Anything else is a bandaid for a huge wound that will not help one bit...

There's a place in our business world for the federal reserve banking system. I believe it has a stabilizing function on our economy. I'm not a business major or anything like that, thats just my opinion.

I am and have worked for major Fortune 500 corporations managing money. I have four security licenses. Yet I learned crap about the really function of the fed until I really started to listen and look around. Unreal? Yes but true.

And it's actually quite simple. They just don't want you to know...

My contention is that Fed does not stabilize the economy but rig billions of dollars of profits for the top 1000 corporations. It kills small business. It hurts workers and families and all but the owners of those top 1000 corporations.

Money is actually easy. They try to make it difficult and not clue any of us in on how it really works.

It boils down to this. It's a huge ponzy scheme.

If you or I are in business, we can lend only money we have in the bank. Seems logical but this is where logic ends.

With certain banks, credit card companies, and major corporations like Wal-Mart, they have an unfair advantage that hurts everybody but them. This power comes from the Fed, which is a private bank.

Wal-Mart for example, they can have $10 in the bank and are allowed to lend say $100 that they don't have but money that is created out of thin air.

They then can charge interest and get paid back that $100 plus the interest, that they created out of thin air. $100 plus interest because they have $10 in the bank. But magnify that to billions upon billions. Can we have that option to lend at those rates, creating money out of thin air? Nope.

How can anybody keep up with that? They can't. Small business can't. Workers can't. They make billions creating money out of thin air while the rest of us struggle to pay for health care and everything else that we can't afford...

How does that hurt us? Well costs go up with every dollar printed, especially when inflated like it has recently. Real estate through the roof, health care soaring, college costs, energy, we all see it. The reason is the falling dollar. Which falls because of the inflated dollars that they print out of thin air...

As if that isn't bad enough it gets worse. Many of these banks recently made huge and risky trades on real estate. Derivitives which bet many times more than I can explain. They lost all their reserves and maybe trillions more. Many of the large banks right now, have no money.

With all that power to print money, they got even more greedy and some lost all their deposits. Nobody knows how much was lost? How can that be?

Ron Paul is not advocating ending the fed but creating state run/state owned competition. Sound money. To compete with the Fed and to give Americans another option that they have a piece in owning....
