I was watching the news and some couple actually called the police and said somebody stole 25 thousand dollars worth of Marijuana from them. They then went on and said they grew it for medical purposes and bla bla. Now get this, the police actually had to treat the case just like any other, California county sheriff Clay Parker in Tehama went on to say they couldn’t prosecute the couple because it was being grown for medical purpose and had to treat it just like every other robbery but if they did catch them, Federal Law prohibited them to give back the stolen plants
