|  Californias Legalizing Marijuana California's Legalizing Marijuana in Oakland I was watching the news and they announced they were trying out a new program that would allow terminally ill patients to posses small amounts of Marijuana without being prosecuted as long as they have a note from a doctor saying that it's being used for medical purposes then went on to say if a cop sited you take the card to the DA and they will not be punished . |
